I realize that I am not the only person to have this thought come to mind but I'd like to bring it to the attention of all others who have not considered this a possibility. Multi-layerd Markings. We've all been in the position while making a particularly "hard" character and feel the need for more colors than is possible on the game. Which leads me to this. Why not add multiple slots for markings in the character maker? This will lead to more leeway for uniqueness WITHOUT having to have a preset. It could enhance your charrie's appearance as well as appeal to the eye. For example: If someone wanted to make a realistic wolf, chances are it won't be able to have all of the markings or colors as it does in real life. You could layer on some layers of merle pattern and make each layer a different color. Problem solved and definatly more appealing right? I may not know if this suggestion is even /possible/ to add in-game, but it has been rattling around in my mine ever since I found IT servers. Share your comments please!

Oh so what your saying is is to like put one marking layer ontop but make it a different color to create like color layers? Not sure if I understand it correctly I guess the easiest way to put is is like mixing the colors? I think its a pretty cool idea even though I don't understand it very well.

So say you wanted a person to have both stripes AND spots on the body. You can't do both as it is now can you? Nope. So if you could have multiple slots for multiple markings, you could do both that you had wished for as well as make them different colors instead of having markings on Head Tail and Body that are all the same color.

This is a marvelous idea. I'm all for having this in-game (and as far as I know, Last Moon would be the only IT server with this option, which gives people all the more reason to join!).
However, I'm not sure whether or not it would be difficult to add to the game. Would the coding permit it?

You took the words right out of my mouth Abomine! It would increase the popularity of LM most definatly considering (as you said) it would be the only IT server that I am aware that would have this choice. But that was my only concern as well. I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box when it comes to coding and all that fancy stuff, so I suppose the only ones who could answer that would be the mods/admins/staff.

I like this idea but I love the thought of having a preset that's more unique then other people's characters <3 xD

I joined yesterday and this was the first thing that popped into my mind. xD This would really add a lot to the game and brings more opportunities to be creative with your character on LM. The only thing I can think of that might limit this is if it would be hard to code or not, as Abomine said.

I love this idea, although. To make things multiple layered, there is a lot of codeing to go through. Also, bigger the marking, bigger the lag it gives.. :/

I dont believe textures such as markings could give off lag, take a preset for example. Awwwyis. Great idea.

This idea sounds awesome. .o. But laggy aswell. There should be a limit, like 3 markings per body part. owo

This would be a brilliant idea, and as far as I know it shouldn't give off lag, its either extremely animated presets, or shards that do that XD although my computer works from laggy items o.o

I like this idea! Although I'm not really the person all into fancy colorful markings, it seems reasonable and useful if you want to make your very own version of Nian Cat ~Kikkie
